We have used Breanne’s services twice now. Once when we purchased and again when we sold our property and would definitely use her again if not for our relocating out of state. She was able to save the recent sale of our home that was nearly derailed by the buyers realtor who had very little experience. Breanne’s knowledge and professionalism was absolutely the reason why were were able to close the sale above asking price and on time. She was also able to set us up with a realtor in Missouri which was a big relief since we were completely new to the area. Breanne is hands down the BEST Realtor! When my husband and I decided that we were ready to search to buy a house, everybody had a Realtor that they wanted to refer us to. I decided to do a little research on my own. I came across Breanne’s profile and felt like she might be a good match for us. She ended up being a PERFECT match for us. Long story short, we met with Breanne and immediately took a liking to her. Our preferred method of communication is via text. Breanne text us almost daily, which we thought was so attentive.
